      Excellent Benefits, Amazing Founder/CEO, Flexibility, Career Advancement, Bonus Perks, 401k Match, 100% Paid Medical, Toll Reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement, Clean and Safe working environments.

      PTO system needs updated to be more competitive in today's society.

      Pros

      Insurance is the only Pro I have experienced first hand. This wants at least 20 words but I can’t come up with anything else.

      Cons

      Management who do not care about the employees they manage. They have not embraced Mr. Hendrick’s Servant Leadership charge implemented several years ago. I think if he knew what was happening at the dealership level to employees he’d be shocked and troubled. However, it’s shameful he has not made it his business to know what his executive (MAVPs) are doing. But it doesn’t stop there - they have even convinced the GMs to go along with this disgusting way of (not) caring for your employees.
