      Pros

      You get to sit all day. Thats really the only pro unfortunately. Maybe the free coffee in the back is a pro, if you like coffee.

      Cons

      As the receptionist, you aren't cared for. I never got a bathroom break, i was sexually harassed by salesmen and customers and not once did anyone do anything about it. I would train girls that bragged about their pay, and they got about $3 more than me. I would ask for a raise and they refused. They say they care ... but they only care about the salesmen.

      It's a very team oriented environment. The managers are very knowledgable and helpful. Everyone is very motivated and positive.

      Cons

      Of course the pay fluctuates, put thats just part of the car sales business.
