      Pros

      They offer good benefits compared to the industry and provide more training then will find at other companies in this business. I enjoyed the teammates I worked with.

      Cons

      The leadership was lacking emotional maturity and direction. In particular the General Manager had a sensitive ego which resulted in him berating teammates and humiliating his subordinates in front of other employees. I do not think this is indicative of the vast majority of managers within the organization but, this specific experience was rather embarrassing to be associated with.
