Pros

COVID-19 wreaked havoc on the car dealership universe. Autonation, Sonic, Group 1, you name it, thousands and thousands of layoffs. Hendrick? 0. Not a single person. Not only that, but continued to pay their employees as if business was normal. Even the commissioned staff. If that doesn't sum up the way that Hendrick, the way they feel about their employees, then I font know what does. Proud to call this place home and even more proud of our team here at Hendrick Chevrolet.

Cons

A better word might be opportunities. As far as opportunities, we have a ton. As do you, as does everyone. If you are not willing to put in the work ... need not apply.

Pros

A TRUE Hendrick Location follows the core values set in place, and truly values their employees. Monthly Luncheons with cash give aways, 100% covered health insurance, and still a pretty good paycheck.

Cons

There are definitely dealerships in the Hendrick Auto Group that don't necessarily follow their core values, but the ones that do, really do show it in their employee happiness, and their profitability. Not always easy to move around in the company.

You become family with the people you work with. Nice facility to work in

Cons

I will say this first, not all managers are bad. But the majority don't care a bit about you. You have no life outside of work. Promises are made all the time about bonuses and pay but never follow through. The atmosphere is very bad and depressing. You are a number to them.
