      Pros

      Solid Company with decent benefits. Many employees (although mostly at a corporate level) stay with the group a long time.

      Cons

      Ridiculous hours even by industry standards, Compensation in Upper Management pales in comparison to what any "A Player" is accustomed to. You're either a member of their "club" or you're not.

      there is an opportunity to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      managers are very sexist and racist. If you are a female be prepared to be treated different. They treat women as if we are dumb and can not sell cars. OR if you sell they get jealous.

      Employees are highly appreciated for their work. Very Organized and well maintained shop. Open ears for suggestions. Great Management.

      Cons

      Slow to move employees around. Scheduling is a bit difficult. Very tight corders to work in at the moment due to construction.
