      The management and staff are all fantastic people that help each other out when they are in need and help out customers when they need it.

      Pros

      Better hours than most auto sales positions. Free health care and good benefits. Company does take a vested interest in creating a pleasant culture.

      Cons

      Very unorganized on boarding and training. Cut throat atmosphere.

      Decent bonuses when you hit your numbers, great luncheons

      Cons

      Not enough staff, push employees to the point of exhaustion, stress levels of employees are so high they look outside for assistance to help cope
