      The company culture is amazing. I really like getting praised for a good job, and still treated kindly through coaching in other areas. The managers are the best. The benefits are also great.

      Employee Centered Culture and Fantastic Place to Work

      Pros

      Since I have started working at a Hendrick Automotive Group operated dealership I have been surprised by how differently employees are treated. Hendrick Automotive Group provides great healthcare plans and other benefits like a partial 401k match. The emphasis on caring for employees is very evident at the dealership I work at as well as other Hendrick operated dealerships that multiple friends of mine are employed at. I have found that there is a much better overall atmosphere at Hendrick dealerships than past dealerships I have experiences with and this sentiment is shared among other employees I talk with. I have had great growth opportunities at Hendrick and was sent to all available manufacture training in a very short period of time.

      Cons

      For technicians that are just starting out flat rate pay plans can be tough to navigate while learning a brand.
