Promoted me based on my hard work quickly Not a lot of experience needed to get started changing oil at first

Cons

Once you get promoted off of Lube Line you get treated like a pile of **** Sometimes are good but most times are bad They give you a ton of work that you have no idea how to do and you've got to figure it out on your own I enjoyed the challenge but it got frustrating a lot Barely made more than what I made on Lube Line so way harder work for barely any more money

Good pay. Monthly luncheons with employee giveaways. Free healthcare for employees only. Good PTO. Bonuses.Room to grow.

Cons

Healthcare is VERY expensive if you add your spouse/family. Dress code/appearance policy.

Pros

-Great Benefits -Lucrative -Winning Culture This is an amazing Company to work for. In this industry it truly stands above the rest. The best example I can come up with that demonstrates the authentic nature of Rick Hendrick is his decision to pay variable sales 80% of their normal pay based off of past commission. This came at a time when many dealerships were laying off significant portions of their sales staffs. Management has always been flexible with me when I've needed time off for family and personal matters. Best job I have ever had.

Cons

There are long hours however that is the nature of this business and it does not take long to accrue paid vacation.
