      Horrible don’t work here

      -the sales people are nice and fun. -Sometimes the customers are nice

      Cons

      Management is stingy, they promise you bonuses but make it nearly impossible to achieve. They are also horrible with money. If they promise you some money, they will litteraly make it impossible for you to get it. Also management is a bunch of white trumpers that make gross racist jokes.

      NO LOYALTY TO EMPLOYEES

      Pros

      company pays 100% health insurance.

      Cons

      lays off employees with ZERO notice. People who have been with the company for many years and have always been loyal employees. The company shows no integrity or loyalty to their employees whatsoever. No notice is given. They destroy peoples lives with this practice without giving them any notice to look for alternate employment. Really underhanded.

      Pros

      Exceptional leadership; company puts employees first (no COVID-19 layoffs or furloughs/kept employees whose hours or pay would be affected on pay guarantees during shut-down months/great employee benefits including employer-paid healthcare premium); exceptional pay plans/salaries compared to others in the market; positive, family-like culture; extremely philanthropic with remarkable community outreach efforts; great reputation in the industry and in local communities; loyalty to their employees; lots of opportunity for growth and mobility. I see this being a long-term career for me.

      Cons

      Limited on relocation options should I wish to move one day.
