      Pros

      Good employee insurance. Company paid medical. Family insurance is expensive.

      Cons

      Very little chance of advancement. Male dominated. 99% of positions held by women are answering phones or shuffling paperwork out of the public eye. Deceitful hiring practices in that they hire with the pretense of advancement to get you into the call center and then do not advance you.

      Pros

      Have worked for Hendrick for 25 years.....Great benefits and if you work hard and do a good job they pretty much leave you alone because there is a good chance you know more than the person you report to.

      Cons

      Lots of people in management positions are only in those positions because who their family members are. Lots of nepotism in this company. Lots of incompetence in upper management and I’ve been in the automotive business for 35 years.
