Great place to use one's gifts. Fair compensation and benefits. Family oriented workplace. Spirituality permeates organization in a good way.

Cons

Few opportunities for advancement. They always seem to look outside for leadership positions instead of promoting from within.

Pros

Hendrick is the best organization I have ever worked for because of its mission! I sat in church thinking about foreign mission work, and going somewhere else to serve. Then I realized I am fortunate to do Christ's work every day at Hendrick. It is my mission field. It may not be in a far off location, but it has the same impact.

Cons

I have a lot of responsibility within my team.
