Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As an organization with a zero tolerance policy for harassment against any person, we are concerned about your sentiment. At Hendrick, we take pride in the fact that 75% of our employee population is female, and that women are fairly represented throughout our healthcare system, especially in leadership positions. Our Management Council (Director-level positions and above) consists of 56% women, plus three, female executives in administration. While there is always room to improve, we are proud of the difference that the men AND women, at all employee levels of Hendrick, make on a daily basis.
