Very friendly staff and felt like we had each others backs. I felt like as a department we shared knowledge and worked well together.

Cons

felt like role wasnt as respected but some of the other staff and our knowledge wasnt utilized to its full potential

Pros

Facility is growing and has a new hospice unit in the works for 2016. Patient ratios were reasonable and nurse managers were helpful. Has tuition reimbursement available. Workout facility is very nice.

Cons

Company insurance is a joke and constantly changing. Just dropped BBBS patients so should be interesting.
