      Pros

      They celebrate operating room staff with food sometimes Hire out of school with no experience

      Cons

      Very clicked group of people, will bully anyone that don't like or agree with. Treat students poorly. Management is apart of the problem. OR SUPERVISOR partakes in making fun of coworkers. The same people will stand around all day getting paid while the same people run from room to room doing case after case. The charge nurse is creepy and refers to her favorite staff as "children". She is very rude and her scrubs are often too tight. I hope she reads this and realizes that people were aware of her favoritism and it caused several people to resign due to feeling overworked and under appreciated.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Location in mall is close to lunch options. Most coworkers are great and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Office was supposed to be scent free for those with allergies/sensitivities, it is not. PTO has to be earned. Verbal abuse from patients and occasionally from physicians. Inconsistent with policies; dress code, eating at desk, etc. Not entirely sure this is a con, but I feel like unicorns are talked about in correspondence too often?

      Thank you for your review. Our professional appearance in the workplace policy covers scents for non-patient facing areas as well as patient-facing. If you have a concern, we recommend you speak with your supervisor to find a comparable solution for all. We are excited that in 2025 we enhanced our Cash Time Off Policy and our CTO accrual is immediately at hire. We have tiers for the next several fiscal years to continue to enhance that program.

      Pros

      I think there are a lot of good people who work here. My office all gets along really well and even hang out some outside of work. I also think Hendrick's is trying to improve their infrastructure some and expand.

      Cons

      The company is becoming more and more "corporate" instead of focusing on true relationships and understanding between employees. It seems they expect perfect robots instead of human beings. Every policy that comes out seems to increase the amount of micromanaging in my position and even if you are doing everything right, you'll still get punished under these policies if other offices are not following them.
