Working at Hendrick has been an incredible experience. I have never worked for an organization prior to Hendrick where I felt that leadership truly prioritizes and cares about their employees. They consistently listen to staff feedback and work to implement meaningful changes. Hendrick is dedicated to continuous improvement.

Cons

Benefits and Compensation are competitive but there may be some areas that the organization is still working on improving. The great this is that they are dedicated to reviewing and updating.

The clinic has good working hours with a half day on Friday, which makes it nice if you need to schedule personal appointments.
