We offer annual increases on pay each year based on assessment with your manager. During the review, a weighted score is tracked to be able to determine an increase on your pay. We also have mid-year check-ins to ensure that goals are achievable by the assessment cycle time. We work hard to constantly look at our wages and make adjustments where needed.
