Cons

It has become very commercialized and more about the patient's and less about the staff. Burnout gets thrown around a lot but no one does anything about it except maybe fan the fire.

No sick pay Write ups after -3 sick days Pay is abysmal Medical benefits are laughably terrible I don’t think management cares about the employees. Just that the job is done.
