Holidays are paid using your own pto. The company doesn’t pay. Terrible insurance for the amount you have to pay Management can be sketchy depends on the clinic

The insurance isn’t great and that’s for the expensive option. The pay isn’t great also considering the increased COL.

While medical plan premiums have increased an average of 6-8% nationally, Hendrick is proud that the premiums for 2025 did not change for year 2026.
