      Pros

      Some of the day to day workers are nice.

      Cons

      Pay is way below average across most of the company. The health insurance is extremely pricey and doesn't cover much. The upper leadership does not care about their employees. They recently bought up most of the healthcare facilities in the area, but they do not have the infrastructure to grow that fast and they have no plans to change that.

      Great coworkers in every department.

      Cons

      Very political. Difficult and unprofessional communication with supervisors. Difficult to find opportunities for work life balance
