      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Hengst. I gained extensive knowledge in the automotive industry.

      Cons

      I had to change shifts several times. This really wasn't an issue for me but some may consider it to be a "con".

      Pros

      A lot of "low hanging fruit." Not a lot of politics involved. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Poor culture, no sense of trust, poor performers get by, strong performers are pushed for more. Salaries aren't great (unless you are a Director).
