Great place to learn and grow.

Pros

You can be hired with no experience, the training is very comprehensive (if you have a good manager), the management training is great. You'll move up quickly if you do a good job, and it's a great place to learn how to be a supervisor.

Cons

If it's a hot day, you'll be sweating. Working on cars carries some inherent risk, so you must pay attention. This job is best for younger people who are mechanically inclined.
