Pros
There are many reason that make Henley Enterprises is a great company, their focus on growth of employees. Not only do the care about their career development,but, also their personal development. They are able to arrange special events for their employees, and also treat their management to outings and events as well. They have been pretty consistent with the way they treat us, with of course some peaks and valleys, but all in all they have made me a dedicated employee.
Cons
The only thing that really comes to mind, is that no one should ever be told that something is going to be done in service center until it actually time for said thing to be done, I've gone through a lot of shops and you kind of always hear the same thing, This is going to be done, they are suppose to get to that. That builds false hope to some employees and if this were not to happen, it could stop some of the discouragement for some people. Getting a change in a shop is a big deal to employees, that makes an excitement that starts to fizzle after hearing it for so long.
