Pros

This company is amazing! They treat Their people like gold. The training program is second to none, and not only are there many promotion opportunities, but they actually force you to get promoted! Henley truly understands that investing in their employees is the key to a successful company. The owner matches 5% on 401k, medical, dental, vision, paid vacation for all employees. Bonus too!

Cons

It takes a special type of person to work here. It is faced paced, action packed, and greatness is expected. If you are looking at coming over you must be highly motivated with a real desire to succeed!

Pros

This company provides you with the training you need to excel to a higher level. They won't keep you in one spot. As long as you execute with the tools they give you and are driven, you will find nothing but success for yourself here. You also have an open door with superiors. I don't think there are many companies where you will find the president/owner coming to your store and making an effort to talk to you and develop a relationship with you even if you aren't a manager or area manager. It seems that their employees and customers are their first priority over everything which is rare to find!!

Cons

The training can seem to be overwhelming but at the end of the day I know it is so that I can be as confident and knowledgeable as possible.
