Training for a few days and then if the team likes you for your job performance then they will hire as an employee. Payment was done by a credit card given by the company, with immediate payment upon pay day. That was a perk, so payment was electronic. You were given a set goal for the week on how many sales you needed to accomplish. There was an opportunity to stay on the team if satisfied and if you did a great job to be a permeant member of the staff.

Cons

Some of the challenges were just the type of attitudes that come with working in fashion retail among the staff. However, looking beyond that, this job was not much to complain about. Hours weren't that flexible unless an emergency but thats almost every other job.

On the sales floor you are independent and not hovered. Plently of merchandise and promotions that assist sale opportunities.

Cons

Other sales associates will capture your sales if you leave your client to roam with merchandise in hand.

The hours were good, the staff was amazing, the management team was excellent always on point, good work life balance and the pay was good for Holiday Expeditor we made what you asked either $11.00 or $12.00 an hour with full time or part time hours.

Cons

There was no cons expect hours were very early in the morning for Holiday Expeditors as early as 6am in the winter time and the season went by they cut the other seasonal staff the remaining seasonal staff hours were stretcged longer and longer to make up for the cuts.
