There are none, they pay their employees the lowest wages possible. They do not care about their employees, my hospital closed and I was told I could collect unemployment benefits, well they lied I worked there for several years and lost my job and my house because henry ford is dishonest with their employees and so is nancy the CEO I tried contacting her several times to have her explain why they lied to all their employees that lost their jobs being able to collect unemployment and then denying us
Cons
Taking a huge pay cut, no raises, no bonuses, horrible management, no rewards for being a top performing employee, all around dishonest business, I would never set foot in a henry ford facility even if I was on my death bed, I do not trust the health system and have made sure none of my family or friends go there for healthcare. The doctors do not care about patients they only want their paycheck and your lucky if they give you five min of their time after you've beer waiting to see them for several hours
