      Pros

      Flex time, benefit and its a job. Good team. Could be better, they've taken out a lot of perks from when j remember. Not good at all

      Cons

      No raises, cultural company has "it's not my job, I don't care- I hear that all the time, and it is sad. Company can be on top if the owner shows appreciate and gratitude towards the employees.

      Good place to work. I enjoyed working here on a medical surgical unit.

      I don't have anything Cons. I only left to advance my career in a different direction outside of floor nursing.
