The Henry ford owned insurance should be ethically illegal, is he worst around, forced to use HF and they don’t cover much- horrible. They play this game called “laborlitics” that puts the team and the bare minimum with no back up for emergency, most of staff are afraid they will end up sued and lose license when nobody is able to care for an emergency as all have labor patients already. So unsafe, unfair to staff and patients. Then when numbers are low they co to or to call off staff so paycheck os always short, yet managers get full pay no matter what. It’s crazy. Had to leave, could not do it anymore Oh Then when short they beg people to go On days off work, all units get an incentive. Then they will do all they can to call off at end of week to ovoid any possible OT.
