      Looking for another job at this time.

      It doesn’t matter what department - management is lazy and useless. Incompetence and bad employees flourish here, while good workers that work hard are rewarded with more work. Company gas lights employees - most of my coworkers have severe depression .

      Not-for-profit teaching hospital, level 1 trauma center, extensive community outreach processes, innovative technology, Midtown location located near cultural center/multicultural eateries, enforcement of tobacco-free campus, official team physicians to the Detroit Pistons and Detroit Lions

      Cons

      No work/life balance, not enough proactivity of management to groom staff advancement into leadership roles, salaries do not coincide with cost of living, no active recruitment of advanced-practice nurses in multiple specialties, no appropriate compensation of salary to experience/degree level, opportunities for advancement are limited.

      They will pile more and more responsibilities onto you and not give you the pay to makeup for it. In order to move around, you have to know someone who knows someone.
