      Pros

      Good exposure to many eye diseases and subspecialties, so if you're just starting out in your ophthalmology career, it's a good place to start. The doctors for the most part are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment!! So much micromanagement going on. The manager just walks around like she's just looking for something wrong instead of working with us and helping us improve. They expect you to time every single thing you do and expect you to do a complete exam in a ridiculous amount of time. They dictate what specific (and very limited) brand and model number of scrubs you can wear and what shoes you can wear. Very low morale and everyone who works here hates their life.
