Allegiance Health (Jackson Michigan hospital) has a great corporate culture with cooperative, team-oriented staff. Patient care is the priority which makes the job feel like it has a positive impact.

Cons

Henry Ford corporate (based in Detroit) is learning to be a system and is heavy-handed with the hospitals in the system.

Upper management and the caddy politics were the issue. I seen the focus was more on preserving old outdated processes than making actual improvements.
