      Pros

      Variety of studies - asthma, breast cancer, flu, etc. I developed relationships with many important scientific professionals, investigators, and clinical staff.

      Cons

      Sometimes the department was disorganized in the fact that lines of communication weren't always properly utilized.

      Pros

      Company really cares about all of their their employees. You will learn a lot in HR and work really hard. HR is segregated by various departments so experience can be limiting if you are not able to move around. Work/life balance is what has kept me, my experience has been great. I am glad I work for HFHS, my overall experience has been wonderful.

      Cons

      Room for advancement: HR should be set up with multiple levels within a job so there is room to grow but it's not. Compensation is currently below market but increases are expected in 2015. Heard many complaints that HR is understaffed and positions are hard to fill.
