      Pros

      Helping patients good teamworkers,good pay,benifits,stable employment and I enjoyed working here it was a good experience to work for henry ford

      Cons

      Different personalities demanding patients, but every workplace has that so that is nothing new entry level pay depending on experience

      Lower level corporate employees can feel undervalued at times. There is a strong academic presence among the Henry Ford Medical Group, but can sometimes manifest as arrogance.
