Henry Ford Health System has a great culture of connection and teamwork. The benefits are comparable with surrounding health systems.

Cons

This company seems to have "warm body" syndrome and sometimes people can end up in positions where their skills and demeanor aren't best suited for the company's success. Less than professional behavior is tolerated which can create a tense and dissatisfying environment.
