Pros
My co-workers are great, some of the best I have worked with. There is a heavy emphasis on training at HFHS. I truly like the fast paced world of a large hospital, there is never a dull minute at the hospital.
Cons
The pay is subpar even compared to other hospitals in the area. There is a huge lack of upper management support. We are unable to find quality applicants for open positions.
