      stable work environment , available training provided either by the health system or OEM. Salary and benefits are middle of the road neither on the high side or the low side

      Cons

      there were no raises for the past 4 years, benefits have been continuously trimmed. new employees have to wait 90 days before they are eligible for medical insurance and 180 days before incurring and vacation or sick time
