      Clinically Strong, Operationally Disfunctional

      Pros

      Good Benefits. Good food in the corporate cafeteria. That's about it. Nothing positionve to contribute, except the system is clinically strong and competitve clinically.

      Cons

      Base Salary stagnant. Operations technology laging behind current standards. No real "premiere talent" in operational areas I have come in contact with. Everyone seems to have a I dont know and don't care to know attitude, or just clueless to the fact that they should know. Management protects Management and works the rest of us to death or to the point that you have to seek health from a mental health professional.

      Pros

      Very transparent company and a CEO and COO that care a Great deal about this employees. Since it is a System, there are lots of growth opportunties, and the promise of even more with the pending merger

      Cons

      The biggest con is the National Health Care cut backs that are effecting all Healthcare providers. As a result of the recent changes, this system, as well as many others, are having to get a Lean as possible.
