      Pros

      Relaxed working environment, outstanding management, flexible schedule and numerous career opportunities. Very long commute for me, otherwise I would have loved to retire from this company!

      Cons

      It is hard to come up with cons as I truly enjoyed working here...maybe insecurity due to grant funded salaries. But this is research and we live hard times to obtain medical research grants.

      Good Benefits Clean and nice facilities Great provider of Health Care

      Cons

      Managers are not held accountable for their actions. And HR only listens to valid complaints but does not take action. Managers can do what ever they please while the employees are ignored and even harassed by management.

      Received job offer without any information given about benefits. It was like pulling teeth to get information about the benefits associated with the job. Talent recruiter was practically useless.
