Pros

Great team work and RN collaboration on certain floors. CNAs are appreciated for their additions to the company. The ratio is much better than most hospitals in the area.

Cons

Administration has a. disconnect from floor staff and lack of organization with staffing. The pay scale is low but improving slowly, CNA union is also underrepresented.

Only local hospital, limited competition.

Cons

Male-dominated, fossilized leadership mentality. Non-competitive pay leading to not attracting most talented employees. Little collaboration and accountability among leadership. Low culture of safety environment. Patient care is not the number one priority. Very toxic work environment.
