It is collaborative both across locations and within locations operating a strict open door policy which fosters growth and development for all employees. The retention record here speaks for itself - we have several people here at the Carlsbad location who have been here for over 15-20 years - and this feels all too rare nowadays. Henry Schein looks after its employees with a robust wellness program - we're always made to feel our health and wellbeing is the companies top priority and this in turn makes employees feel empowered and committed to delivering the best quality. It also encourages our employees to look after others and offers multiple opportunities throughout the year to volunteer time and services to our local community projects and charity. It lives and breathes it's tag line 'doing well by doing good!' The company offers a solid benefits package also - including medical, dental, vision and 20 days PTO from day 1. I have been here 1.5 years but I already know that I have found a home here at Henry Schein and that I am with this team for the long term!
