      Henry-Schein offers a 7% match on 401(k)

      Cons

      Terrible management. Henry-Schein acquired this location and brought in new management but left in place the old manager team. There's a lack of alignment between the two groups and the old regime actively undermines the new Henry-Schein management as they don't want to see them succeed. Corporate HS leadership refuses to empower new leadership as they value tenure over performance.

      Challenging, fun travel, good work life balance. Represent top products in the industry. Cover a wide range from devices to equipment. After training you will feel like an expert in the field, it takes a lot of effort and dedication to learn but well worth it, if you stay in Dental the education provided will keep you ahead of your colleagues.

      Cons

      Large goals, if you get behind it’s hard to catch up. You need to be ready to learn a ton of information and retain it to do well in this role. If you find learning and teaching is fun, it’s a great job.

      There are not many pros of working here. The only thing would be they leave you alone and do not bother you.

      Cons

      They do not care about your experience, it is all about who you know. They know they can replace you in an instant and do not care about each person as an individual. Poor communication. Lack of respect from management.
