      Supposed to be an ethical company, the company is far from ethical in its treatment of employees.

      Pros

      Pension Some great staff. Once a great leadership. Office buildings and location seasonal. Some flexibility for the 'Yes' people.

      Cons

      Rife blame culture. Employees constantly deflated. Micromanagement to the detriment of employees wellbeing. Not allowed to be innovative. Attempts for progression continually stamped upon. Extreme harassment of staff in the Marketing team. Sickness levels and general malaise in the team are continual.

      Pros

      Able to get away with walking in late and taking extra breaks. Offer free tea and coffee but surely that's a norm?

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Nobody has any real understanding of the dental industry that works there and most of the staff are on a massive power trip!
