      Do not take a job in this department! Shocking management which is reflected in the extremely high staff turn over. Myself and other colleagues who left felt bullied by the management which created a horrible atmosphere in the team. Constantly patronised and spoken down to, never allowed to ask a question without being made to feel stupid, other members in the team reporting issues and being told “oh that’s just how so and so is”, awful behaviour. HR have received countless complaints about the department yet nothing changes. If you value your mental health do not take a job in this department!

      Set hours, shift patterns. Free tea, coffee and squash. Free parking

      Cons

      Treated like scum, by customers, sales reps and managers. "Fast paced environment" on the job description actually means you don't really have time to do your tasks. Have to do something involving paperwork? You'll be questioned why you weren't logged into the phone system to take calls! I wouldn't work here again if they paid me £100,000 a month.

      Pros

      Some really smart people work here; esp the older staff. If you are lucky, you may get to meet them before they leave.

      Cons

      Communist style management system, where you have to battle favouritism and politics on a daily basis. Senior management is not fair in recognising hard working staff. Long working hours and little to no work life balance despite what the Company says! HR is more aligned to senior management than towards staff. New management is taking the company back to dark ages, where there are increasing levels of distrust between employees and the senior management .
