Pros
It's a great work environment - everyone brings a great enthusiasm to work and it makes coming into the office fun and enjoyable. Culture is an important priority to the executive team and it is very clear to see. HS promote a healthy work arrangement which allows you to work from home and you can also create your own work hours which I have benefited from.
Cons
Being a large company, process change is often difficult. But, that comes with all large companies.
