Pros
Nice place, most folks are nice. Management not overbearing or unreasonable, at least thats how i am treated. Spends money on technology, some training. Benefits are pretty good, good 401k match. Lots of people with more than 10 years.
Cons
No planning, no project management, while they talk about culture there are loads of personal fiefdoms and a lot of people who don't want to work together. People only want to keep doing things the same way. Even if you offer to collaborate or be part of the design process your input is not welcome, even if you area is part of the project.
