Pros

They have good long-term benefits. The CEO is great and a lot of good people work there.

Cons

Many offices exhibit a “boys club” mentality. A lot of managers place responsibility on employees to manage up, rather than hold managers more accountable for their actions. They don’t really appreciate everything marketing has to offer.

Pros

Somewhat technology forward company, but also incredibly difficult to get them to change their ways or adopt new tools. Work/life balance is non existent. Crazy long hours coupled with intense stress and pressure. Little support from managers. I.T. group had a choke hold on the company's practices.

Cons

They claim to support a healthy work life balance, but in reality, nothing could be farther from the truth.
