Pros
The benefits are pretty decent
Cons
You work your tail off for the company for very little pay. It is not a livable wage, unless you are happy in a crap vehicle and crap home. You will never advance to a higher living. There is no way to afford a decent home and a decent vehicle. Hercules will push the employee owned stock down your throat though. Saying things like, "Look how much your stock is worth just one year in"! .... Okay, so you want me to live my best life when I retire and have a few more years on this earth!?! I think not. When everyone at a higher level than warehouse and sales desk is living a decent life and driving the company vehicles at this is called "Employee Ownership". Managers are rude and treat warehouse like garbage. They speak ill about drivers and warehouse employees behind their back. They show up whenever they feel like it and leave earlier then most of their employees. No matter how swamped warehouse is loading trucks. We are understaffed, under appreciated and under paid. A Walmart grocery loader makes the same hourly with very little labor. We work so very hard to live paycheck to paycheck. Currently looking for new employment.
