Learned a lot But Treated Horribly by Management

This was my first job after college so I learned a lot and gained experience.

Cons

Manager was constantly insulting, sexist, and inappropriate. His strategy was to have Designers compete with one another in an unhealthy manner. Because we were constantly warned we could be fired at any moment for any mistake, employees held onto their knowledge instead of sharing.

It paid the bills. If you are looking for a job to find another job, while you are working . This would be the place for you.

Cons

Very mismanaged company. HR would pick their favorites and catered to upper management . Facilities were outdated and along with there run down machinery . I was surprised that they are still in business with this facility . They might be open one more year ,

Cons

Inconsistent rules and decisions. Not thinking things through before saying things. It is back firing and leading to distrust for the management. Poor 401k Expensive insurance
