Pros

Open underwriting guideline environment which made assisting agents place business much easier

Cons

Horrible leadership and hostile work environment. People are managed through fear and forced to provide what they call "Voluntary Feedback that is anonymous" however if you do not complete it, they know you had not completed it and are given verbal prompts to do so. When honest with your feedback there is retaliation.

Cons

Non-existent training. No employee progress reviews. Assembly line- numbers game mentality even though they tell you how its all about servicing the customer.
