Pros

The upper management really sold me on joining Heritage, they were cool, friendly, and full of life. I was genuinely excited to relocate over 200 miles for a chance to work for Heritage and grow with this company. Management was great.

Cons

The staff, while management was deployed for Hurricane Florance, I was being trained to do clerical work with the inside team. I tried to do everything that I was instructed to do and for reasons beyond my knowledge, I was summoned into the office and terminated on my third day. The experience was not what I was hoping for, but the insurance game is new to me and I will adjust and bounce back. I just wish those who hired me to work for Heritage would have been there to train me, I am confident that my fate would have been different.

The new manament team recently brought in has created a hostile work environment. They have fired over 50 people in the past year. How can this be a good place to work if there is no loyality.
