Employees are treated as part of a team. The branch I worked at was a 'work' family. The Herr family really seems to care about the welfare of their employees.

Cons

Some lower level positions in the company have little room for advancement.

Pros

Fun work environment with others who respect you. The work is rewarding and you meet many other people. Pay is good and since the factory is closed every weekend you get every weekend off.

Cons

On your feet about 80% of the time. Some groups can be chaotic and its your responsibility to make sure nobody wanders off. Management can get testy during busy spurts.
